  What we needed to be fixed on our car was done, however it had opened up further problems that are yet to be seen to. I'd like to say thank you to Muhammad and Brittany for your awesome help and great attitude even though things haven't worked out 100%. Chin up Brittany thanks again The Black Elantra
  Previously we gave these guys 4 stars but after yet again a failed attempt to get our car sorted which we found were caused and done by a mechanic not a panel and paint guy! We will as it was told over the phone "You do what you gotta do and prove we did that damage!" Because we own our car we paid $16,995 for. We will not be bullied by a customer relations manager! Sikoflex and brute force is not the way to fix a car or relationship with a cash paying customer!
  Update: We spoke with the Customer Relations Manager one last time before things escalated and we came to an agreement about our car repairs! We're thankful to the people involved that things are now sorted. We can understand that there are measurements put into place for businesses and consumers and I'm very grateful things turned out the way they have. Thank you for sorting out everything. The Black Elantra ????????

  Overall we had a good experience with OzCar Lansvale. The staff were friendly, offered what we thought was a reasonable price for a trade-in, and directed us towards cars that suited our needs and budget. Negotiations were reasonably conducted.
  
  The initial car we sought to buy turned out to be mechanically unsound, and OzCar were happy to refund the deposit without question. When we went to pick up the deposit, thankfully, they had another car ready for us that we could look at that suited us (which we bought). Again negotiations were friendly and reasonable.
  
  We'd have taken off 1 star (because the original contract did not include a complete list of defects to be fixed prior to pickup), but this was a minor detail in the end that they rectified by recalling that car.

  Excellent service. This is the second time purchasing a car from OzCar Lansvale. Family orientated service with great staff. Excellent job from Rebecca and the crew
